I spend a genuinely embarrassing amount of my week scrolling through career pages. Not job boards that scrape and repost everything actual company career sites, one at a time. It’s slower, but it’s the only way I’ve found to avoid the recycled, half-dead listings that clog up the bigger sites.
This week’s batch turned out pretty good. I’ve got one no-experience-needed work-from-home job, two mid-entry level roles, and two remote openings straight from Frontier Airlines’ own careers page. If you’re watching the video that goes with this post, I’m walking through the same five jobs here so you can read the details at your own pace, click through, or come back to it later. Let’s get into it.

Job 1: Device Support Specialist at Motive Care (No Experience Needed)
This is the one I’m most excited about, because “no experience required” work-from-home jobs are genuinely rare to find on a real company site instead of a sketchy ad.
Motive Care provides non-emergency medical transportation, personal care services, and remote patient monitoring. This role is full-time remote, open anywhere in the United States — I didn’t see any state restrictions on the listing.
The job itself is basically tech support with a human touch. If a patient has a question about their remote monitoring device, you’re the one who helps them sort it out — through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, help desk tickets, and alerts coming in from the devices themselves. You’ll log call details accurately, and you’ll be working alongside more experienced team members while you’re learning the ropes, not figuring it out solo.
What they’re actually asking for:
- High school diploma
- Ability to explain technical stuff to non-technical people in plain language
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Decent time management
That’s it. No degree, no prior tech support background required.
Pay: $15/hour.
One more thing worth knowing — Motive Care has several remote openings posted right now, not just this one. Some need zero related experience, others are light entry-level. If this one doesn’t fit, head to their careers page, type “remote” into the search bar, and see what else is open.
Job 2: Benefits Administration Client Coordinator at Epic Insurance Brokers and Consultants (Mid-Entry Level)
This one’s a step up in terms of what’s expected, but still very reachable if you’ve got a bit of HR or systems experience under your belt.
Epic is looking for someone to support benefits administration system implementations on the Employee Navigator platform. Full-time, remote anywhere in the US, no location restrictions.
Day to day, you’d be configuring client sites, processing renewals, and troubleshooting system issues — so it’s part HR, part tech support. You’ll respond to client questions, test and fix functionality problems, train clients on how to use the system, and run product demos. There’s also a project management piece: coordinating between the vendor, the client, Epic’s own account team, and insurance carriers to resolve problems and set up new client sites, including gathering requirements and handling data imports.
What helps you land this one:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems
- Some project management experience
- Employee Navigator experience is a strong plus, though not required — they specifically say people with experience on comparable platforms are encouraged to apply
- A couple years working with HR technology is preferred, not mandatory
Pay: $68,000–$73,000 per year.
Job 3: Accounts Receivable Analyst at Inspirin (Mid-Entry Level)
This one lists an Oak Brook, Illinois office, but don’t let that scare you off — as you read further into the description, they name 19 specific states where you can be based and work fully remote.
If you happen to live within a 90-minute radius of the Oak Brook headquarters, there’s a catch: you’re expected to come into the office a minimum of 4 days a month, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and one of those four days has to fall on a Monday or a Friday. Outside that radius, it’s remote.
The actual work is what you’d expect from an AR analyst role — researching, analyzing, and resolving accounts receivable and cash application issues across multiple systems and banking platforms, plus spotting trends and process improvements that make payments more accurate and the AR process more efficient overall.
What they want:
- Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or something related
- A couple years of experience in AR, accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role
- Experience resolving payment discrepancies
- Comfort working with ERP, billing, banking, or cash application systems
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset
Pay: $27–$31/hour.
Jobs 4 & 5: Two Remote Roles at Frontier Airlines
Now for the ones a lot of people ask me about specifically. I went straight to Frontier’s own careers page and filtered by remote — right now there are exactly two open, and both are on the customer care side.
Manager, Customer Care Partner Delivery
Full-time, remote anywhere in the US, no location restrictions.
This is a senior role — you’d own the end-to-end performance of Frontier’s outsourced customer care partners across voice, chat, complaints, back office, specialty support, customer recovery, escalations, refunds, baggage support, and regulatory workflows. In plain terms: you’re the person making sure the vendors handling Frontier’s customer service are actually hitting the mark, and fixing it when they don’t.
Roughly how the role breaks down:
- ~35% — owning daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance across voice, chat, complaints, and specialty support; leading vendor governance and monitoring key metrics
- ~25% — customer experience, complaints, escalations, and recovery
- ~20% — operational readiness, risk mitigation, incident response
- ~15% — business insights, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement
- ~5% — compliance, documentation, controls
Plus general support work: special projects, cross-functional planning, training documentation, and partner communications.
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, customer experience, aviation, hospitality, or related field — or equivalent experience in place of the degree
- About 7 years of leadership experience, ideally managing outsourced vendors or BPO relationships
- Experience running performance reviews, operational governance, service delivery management, and corrective action planning
- Preferred (not required): background in complaint resolution, customer recovery, refunds, baggage support, or regulatory operations
- Preferred (not required): experience in airline, travel, hospitality, or telecom industries, or high-volume customer support generally
- Strong contact center knowledge, leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence people who don’t report to you
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Pay: Roughly $81,750 up to somewhere around the low six figures, based on experience — this is a senior leadership role, so it’s priced accordingly.
Specialist, Customer Care Partner Delivery
This is one level down from the manager role above, and a good bit more attainable if you’ve got solid customer service experience but not necessarily years of people management under your belt.
Also full-time, remote anywhere in the US.
You’d support the daily execution side — monitoring voice and chat performance, handling back office and specialty support, and working on customer resolution. There’s also a piece of vendor partnership work: coordinating escalations, supporting operational readiness, helping roll out changes, and handling reporting and documentation. You might sit in on vendor meetings, help update the knowledge base, review workflows, and support communication between internal teams and partners.
What they want:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business operations, aviation, hospitality, customer experience, or communications is preferred but not required
- About 5 years of customer service experience
- Experience with voice, chat, digital back office, specialty support, or customer resolution workflows
- Experience handling operational issues and customer impact investigations
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Preferred (not required): experience supporting outsourced BPO environments, case research, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong customer service instincts and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Roughly $46,715 up to about $62,600 per year.
Wrapping This Up
So that’s the lineup — one no-experience device support role at $15/hour, two mid-entry level positions in HR and accounts receivable, and two Frontier Airlines customer care roles at very different experience levels and pay bands.
If one of these looks like a fit, don’t wait too long — remote listings like these tend to get pulled once they’ve got enough applicants, sometimes within days. Go straight to the company’s own careers page to apply rather than a third-party reposting, just to make sure you’re looking at the current, accurate version of the listing.
Good luck out there, and if none of these are quite right, keep checking back — I’m going through career pages again next week.
